1 month’s deposit + 1 months rent required. Deposit will be fully refunded as long as the office and all of the contents are still in good condition when you leave and all key fobs are returned.

Identification required: passport or similar and x 2 utility bills at your home address.

The  best way to select an office is to have a viewing. Once checks are all completed and monies received this will secure your office.

Buildings insurance is included but not contents insurance. If you wish to have your contents insured then this is your responsibility.

Business rates are the responsibility of each company.  Interested parties are to seek clarification from the local authority.
